Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, only for size or style changes.
To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds, but eligible returns can be exchanged for store credit.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item passes inspection and will be valid for 1 YEAR from the date of issue.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at Royalcheeeks@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and any photos if relevant. Our team will respond with next steps and provide a prepaid return label.

Return Shipping

Royal Cheeks provides return shipping labels for all eligible exchanges.
Items must be returned using the label provided to ensure tracking and proper handling.
